Are your rates per person/night or per room/night?
All of our rates stated on our web site are per person per night.
Do you offer any additional discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for a long term stay (more than 14 days) and group reservations.
Further discounts are possible to arrange according to the amount of people, type of season and the length of your stay. Please, do not hesitate to contact our reservation office with the request for discount.
Do you offer free accommodation for group leaders?
Yes, every 21st person from a group can stay for free.
Do you have a special rate for student groups?
Sure. We have special discounted prices for accommodation and also for other services like: guides, tours, excursion, boarding etc.
Are the prices final or do I have to pay something more at the reception?
All prices are final included VAT and taxes.
When becomes my reservation firm?
Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail from 1BigEurope. As a proovment of your reservation is accommodation voucher that you have to collect on our web site 10 days before the arrival and will be again informed by e-mail
How will I get accommodation voucher?
Your accommodation voucher will be available as soon as you provide the payment. You will recieve all necessary directions via e-mail and than you will be able to collect your voucher on our website.
What does the authorization of credit card mean?
Money will be still on your credit card but you will not be able to use it. The chargment will be made during your staying of your CC by 1BigEurope.
What does the guarantee by credit card mean?
In case you will not arrive or not cancel your reservation at least two days before your arrival we will charge of your credit card the amount of the first night.
In what currency will be made the deduction?
It will be made in czech crowns because we are Czech company and according
to Czech regulations we must charge in CZK. For conversion of currency
is using actual official currency exchange rate from Czech National bank
How can I extend my stay?
Please, make sure that your reservation is for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your stay

- after the arrival = please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will make the change for you avoid paying the hotel’s full rate.
Will be the hotel informed about my advanced payment
Yes this information will be sent to the hotel and also has to be stated on your accommodation voucher.
Can you give me a phone or fax number to the hotel?
The phone number and the address will be stated on the accommodation voucher that you will receive when booking and payment procedure will be completed.
What time can I check- in and out of the hotel?
Usual check-in time: is from 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: before 12.00 p.m. individual arrangements are possible upon your request, please
What should I do, if I have a problem checking in or if the receptionist is not able to find my reservation?
